Provider and scope
These terms apply to use of the TheoriePass app. The terms of the App Store from which the app was obtained also apply. The provider is:

Free access
Without Premium access, 30 selected questions from the active catalogue and their learning features are available. The free selection may be corrected or adapted to a new catalogue version.
Annual Premium subscription
Premium is offered as an automatically renewing annual subscription. The annual price and currency shown in the App Store apply; payment is charged to the store account after confirmation. The subscription renews for another year unless cancelled in the store at least 24 hours before expiry. The complete catalogue and generally provided content updates are unlocked while the subscription is active.
Personal activation codes
The provider may give individuals an activation code free of charge, with a specified expiry date or no expiry date. The code is not a public means of payment, must not be sold or shared, and is bound on redemption to the random identifier of the device used. Changing devices is not restored through the App Store and may require a new code. Codes and the resulting access may be revoked in cases of abuse, unauthorised sharing or issuance in error.
Restoration and changing platforms
A purchase can be checked again through “Käufe wiederherstellen” (restore purchases) using the same store account. Purchases are tied to the respective store system. Without a separate TheoriePass account, automatic transfer between Apple App Store and Google Play is not possible. The Google Play version is currently announced as coming later; this does not create cross-platform access.
Management, cancellation and refunds
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in the subscription settings of your store account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; access remains available until then. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. The App Store handles refund requests under its terms and applicable law. Previously granted permanent legacy purchases remain active. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
Offline content and updates
The installation includes a base of content usable offline. Corrections and new catalogue versions may be provided online and require an internet connection to download. Content updates do not reset your settings or learning progress.
Learning tool
TheoriePass is an independent learning tool. It replaces neither driving school instruction nor authoritative information from a public authority or testing organisation. If there is a discrepancy, the German question text is authoritative. No particular test result is owed or guaranteed.
Rights in content
Texts, Persian translations, explanations, learning aids, designs and software created by Mojtaba Jafari / ZenithStack IT Solutions for TheoriePass may be used only personally within the app. Copying, distribution, publication or use outside the app, particularly for your own products or commercial purposes, requires prior express permission from the respective rights holder. Uses permitted by law remain unaffected. Rights in underlying official or third-party questions, images and videos remain with their respective holders.
Availability and changes
We may update the app to fix errors, improve security and adapt to legal or technical requirements. Continuous availability of every online service cannot be guaranteed. Premium access lasts for the paid subscription period or the validity of a supplied activation code; previously granted permanent legacy purchases remain unlimited in duration. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
